LE SACRÉ ET LE PROFANE : DUALISME ET PENSÉE CONSERVATRICE DANS L’ÉDUCATION BRÉSILIENNE Authors Ribeiro Santos Tiago Abstract The article mobilizes the notions of sacred and profane in order to analyze the driving ideas of the Brazilian political movement School Without Party. These notions allow us to examine how this movement promotes behavioral duties aimed at normalizing the role of the teacher according to two ideological axes: 1) the social construction of a heteronomous and confused world; and 2) the mythical actualization of a type of sacred teacher, supposed to oppose the profane world supposedly in question.
